Amazfit Bip U vs Bip vs Bip S – Which is Better?
All three smartwatches will track all the basics like your steps, heart rate, calories, sleep, distance, and sedentary reminder.
However, Both Bip and Bip S have inbuilt GPS which Bip U lacks. You’ll need to carry your phone along if you intend to track outdoor activities like your routes, pace, and locations with the Bip U.
The Bip and Bip S also have longer battery life than Bip U, thanks to the reflective LCD display. While Amazfit Bip S and Bip boast 40 days and 45 days of battery life respectively, the Bip U has a battery life of about 9 days. In other words, the Bip and Bip S will allow you to go longer from a single charger.
On the other hand, the Bip U has more preset sport modes, 60 compared to 4 and 10 of Bip and Bip S respectively. It also features stress management and menstrual cycle tracking. And the larger 1.43 inches TFT colored LCD display with a higher resolution is richer and more colorful than the reflective LCD of Bip and Bip S.
VERDICT: Amazfit Bip S is my preferred choice, I think it’s a more comprehensive smartwatch with inbuilt GPS and long battery life.
While the Bip U looks very interesting with stress measurement and menstrual cycle tracking. Its larger and more colorful display means you get to see a little more at a glance. However, the Bip U lacks inbuilt GPS which defeats the purpose of a true fitness tracker.
Meanwhile, the Amazfit Bip which is older than the Bip S and Bip U is still one of the best cheapest fitness smartwatches.
