Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 LTE vs Bluetooth Differences
Galaxy Watch 3 is slimmer, more compact, and weighs a little less than its predecessor, the Galaxy Watch. It also comes with blood oxygen measurement and expands on the running coach that was introduced to Galaxy Watch Active 2. Also, ECG and blood pressure monitoring that was introduced to Active 2 are also present on Galaxy Watch 3 and it has a higher RAM and storage.
So, basically, both the LTE and Bluetooth versions share the same features except that the LTE version is a standalone smartwatch as a result of the embedded eSIM in the watch. This enables it to make and receive calls directly from the watch without your phone, but with the Bluetooth version, you will need to connect to your phone to be able to make and receive calls from the watch.
Moreover, with the LTE version, you can receive and reply to messages without your phone while the Bluetooth version needs your phone to receive and reply to messages.
The prices are also different, the LTE version is priced higher than the Bluetooth version. The price for the 41mm size starts at $399 for Bluetooth and $430 for the LTE version, while the price for 45mm starts at $430 for Bluetooth and $480 for the LTE model.
